 2022 Virtual Advocacy Day

Over the last two years due to the pandemic, the Cultural Advocacy Network of Michigan has learned to be flexible and more nimble in how we advocate in Lansing. We have proven we can advocate effectively for the cultural community in Michigan through virtual technologies. In 2021, the Cultural Advocacy Network successfully advocated for increased funding and received an additional $1.5 million for the Michigan Council of Arts & Cultural Affairs.

We are excited to continue our advocacy efforts in 2022 by announcing the Cultural Advocacy Network of Michigan “Virtual Advocacy Month” beginning on March 2nd. We will providing weekly opportunities to engage with your legislators throughout the month. You can register for the weekly activities by clicking the link below.
